I’m not a big fan of Twitter. Not yet anyway. OK, I’ll come cleaner. I’ve haven’t even visited the website yet. So I’m clueless if not tweetless.
Recently, in the course of my duties I came across the headline on InformationWeek--- “Is Twitter Making Us Stupider?” Figuring it was something I could use to defend my ignorance, I investigated further. Of course, it is our old pal Nicholas Carr stirring things up again. Yes, the man who asked if IT mattered is now postulating on Twitter and its usefulness for business in a podcast interview with Fritz Nelson that can be found in his “Instigator” column, along with Fritz’ take on the whole thing. It’s not a bad listen---goes only about ten minutes. You can find it here and you can comment on it there:
