Great Post! I can see both sides to the study here. I think it all depends on your target audience as well. While Twitter has seem to have taken the world by storm, everyone still isn't on there. You also need to take in the percentage of the population that prefers the visual forms of advertisements with pictures, or those they hear on the radio. Twitter is just 140 characters which gives you a second of written advertisement not 30 seconds of something vibrant.
