Oh joy! Just when you thought you'd heard it all, along comes jajah, a new application for Twitter users that allows you to create audio Tweets and send them to your followers' phones.
Just think. Now, instead of social media "experts" and random narcissists annoying you merely with persistent 140 character written messages they can now ping your phone every five minutes to pass along articles you have no interest in reading, famous quotations you don't need, and updates on how their breakfast at Egg Harbor was. And oh yeah, incessant messages about how important jajah is, even though they're the only ones who think so.
Let's just hope jajah users are a little smarter than your average Twitter user and save their phone messages for really important, breaking news -- such as a terrorist attack, a sudden surge in the market, or the Cubs finally making it to the World Series. Otherwise, they may kill both Twitter and cell phones at the same time.
