Looks like he's mostly talking about how to build a Web site for SEO. Interesting, though. I never knew that there was a difference between an underscore and hyphen in terms of SEO. Also that people would try to job the system by putting white type words on a white background. You can't see it, but the spiders can. What some people will do!
